It's the end of an era. A relatively short era (2 years), but an era. My team is being split and we're moving offices- not just buildings, but states. It could open up opportunities, but I'll be sad to leave some coworkers behind. I will be a 100% Manhattanite, as I'm moving to my side of the river. I'll miss the skyline view and the daily ferry rides home from Jersey. The place definitely has its merits.
There are some moving with me, thankfully. It will be an adjustment for all, I'm sure. I'm a little melancholy about it, naturally, but time to move it along...
